Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data and account at any time. We will action your request within 30 days of verification, unless we are required to retain certain data by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing records or evidence of abuse).

When you request deletion, we delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your profile, name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Business information you uploaded, such as websites, locations, logos, and work photos.
• AI-generated campaigns, competitor reports, creative concepts, optimizer analyses, and AI Director chat history.
• Connected integration tokens (for example, Meta OAuth tokens) stored in our database.
• Uploaded images and files stored in your private storage bucket.

In some cases, we may retain a minimal record for legal, security, or operational reasons:

• Billing and transaction records required by tax or accounting law.
• Anonymised or aggregated usage data that cannot reasonably identify you.
• Records necessary to enforce our terms, prevent abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The fastest way to delete your data is to email us directly. We may ask you to confirm your account email address to verify the request.

If you do not want to delete your whole account, you can delete individual items inside the app:

• Campaigns, competitor reports, optimizations, and studio workspaces can usually be removed from their respective pages.
• Uploaded images can be deleted from Creative Studio or from the settings area.
• Connected Meta accounts can be disconnected by revoking access in your Meta settings or by contacting us.

Deleting data from Black Cow AI does not automatically delete data held by third-party services you connected to your account. For example, if you connected Meta Facebook Login, you may also need to revoke access through:

• Meta: Settings > Apps and Websites > Black Cow AI > Remove.
• Your advertising platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn, or any other platform where you published ads.

We do not control these external services and cannot delete data from them on your behalf.

Once deletion is complete, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to access the Service or retrieve any content. We will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.

If you created or published advertising content using AI-generated outputs, deleting your Black Cow AI account does not remove those ads from external platforms. You must remove them from the platform directly.
